Eric Edwards appeals his conviction for the murder of Mikael
Hudson. After finding appellant guilty and making an affirmative finding he used a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense, the jury assessed punishment at ninety-nine years in prison. In four issues, appellant claims the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction,
the trial court erred in refusing appellant's request for certain
instructions, and the trial court erred in overruling appellant's
objection to certain evidence.
